Return & Refund Policy

  • Return and Refund only accept with the unopen product with shipping cost paid by the customer.
  • Return and Refund will not include shipping costs.
  • Return item must be sent back to shop within 7 days from delivery.
  • Salon Films will not accept any return or refund after 7 days, or unpaid shipment back to the shop.
